Suddenly tempted to set up some fake plant life around Bertrum for the spot he'll be staying in. Fake, because real might accidentally crack him as it grows around him.

I can imagine that looking good! Bertrum's fairly sturdy, but then a growing plant can do more damage than one might expect.

Growing plants are akin to that quantum mechanics theory involving an unending amount of poking in a single spot of a thick steel wall will eventually bend and poke a hole through. Very strong, but very slow.

And I should note I normally hate Quantum Mechanics theories.
