Quick image of the Cecatlan Tai. The Old World Taishogun are the colored Fresians with a slightly different style of armor. These guys have migrated from Ellil to Cecatl and settled there. At the bottom is the armor design. Taishogun are 100% sentient and are able to speak audibly despite haveing a feline/equine jaw. Must like warriors and knights of old, Tai generally only wear their armor in contests, battles, or parades. A taishogun's lifespan is close to 80-100 years, and thus a young tai receives their armor between ages 17-20, generally the latter.

For the official info sheet of the Taishogun, go here. The bottom jaw plate is two separate pieces, with a chinstrap across the bottom. Due to both genders having thick beards, this design was incorporated to allow them to remain cool in summer due to their thick coats.

Higher ranking Taishogun often carry a 6-foot katana, or odachi, and are fully capable of wielding it in defense.
