Two young Sskausa out in the wilds of their home world, discarding their armor for a moment to rest, the higher cast alien (the one on the right with the fins) decides to have some fun with his subordinate.

There are three castes of Sskausa, the lowest without a hood, the second with, and the highest with spines, fins as well sometimes. All Sskausa are pretty colorful, as befitting their homeworld. Each tier of caste is able to hypnotize and control the lower castes, and Sskausa are able to control most other races that they encounter, though not particularly physically strong, they are agile, have strong pacifying venom in their tail barbs, and the hundreds of tiny mobile scales that make up their eyes are able to change color, and are able to form patterns that render most other life controllable.
