This is a picture of an Imperial Dragoness in my Clan, Malika.

Malika is from the Plague Flight, and is covered in Gembond (which in my head cannon is more of a disease) so when she came into my Clan, we began using special lineaments and wraps to try to get the disease to recede a bit.
