only 3 more installments left! Luster is so tired from the dynamaxing he did, he has to sit out from dynamaxing for one more round. At least he can grow at a normal rate now. However, they can still bust out. If they get 3 or more dynamaxes, they grow at half rates, and for every time they pass a multiple of 3 dynamaxes in a roll, they are delayed another round from dynamaxing. hence why luster can't for one more turn.

However, dynamaxes now are a little more expensive, and a lot more effective, with a twist. Every dynamax has a chance to grow the mon from a range of 4 to 8 (4, 5, 6, 7, 8). When a dynamax comes in, i'll spin a wheel to see how much they grow by.

Now for the rules:

The rules are nearly the same as last year, only instead of getting rounder, these mons will only get buffer. Warning though, each dynamax will make them buffer till they hit the third tier. If they max up, they can't dynamax till they get a massage break for one round. They also get a 1/2 nerf to their growth rates. Normaly they can't grow for a round, but due to how late into the drive we are, i'll allow them to keep growing, but again, with a nerf.
