Audrey is an exceptionally intelligent, logical, and clever person. She's pretty reserved, but she's certainly not dull or judgmental. She sometimes has a hard time relating to other people on an emotional level, but is still generally a good friend.

Her mother is a famous fashion designer, her father is a pastor. Both are very Christian, but are not bad people. Perhaps a little ignorant, but not bad. When she came as being gay, they were confused, then embarrassingly supportive, then just supportive. Her father came out in public support for her, and half of the congregation left. Her mother began actively supporting LGBT causes through her company.

She shares her religion with her parents. Although she's spent a lot of time doubting and working through the guilt, shame and self-loathing that her parents unwittingly inflicted on her, she stuck with it and remains a Christian to this day.

Audrey has always had a strong interest in programming, and just nerdery in general. She's played huge numbers of RPGs, roguelikes, of course tons of Zelda, and has logged something like 500 hours into dwarf fortress. She's also homestuck trash, as evidenced by her shirt. All of this ultimately lead her to pursue a career in computer science, which lead inevitably lead to a career in game development with the love of her life, Emily.

Which brings us to where she is now. She lives in an apartment with Emily, and works with her in a cramped office with two other people, developing the next great kickstarted indie game. She still meets with all of her other high school friends weekly to play various tabletop games, and generally keeps a strong relationship with them, despite the fact that they don't see each other quite as often. Especially Jack, who may as well be her brother.
