Keda and Mobi are best friends for life. They travel together around the numerous reefs, meeting all kinds of merfolk. Keda is a billfish and eats other fish using his rapier, in place of a long bill mouth to swish through and stun them. He doesn't eat tropical fish mind you, but he sometimes likes to joke that he only keeps Mobi around as emergency rations. Which came about as some of the places they go are sparse or devoid of fish, yet Mobi can eat all kinds of plant life, though he really loves to eat sponges the most. Mobi is a Mandarinfish, he's actually mute, but is able to use Keda's name and communicates with Keda, using sign language. Mobi's a little more reserved than Keda, who makes up for it by being more vigorous.
