Darkwing Duckette Clones
Background: After getting his hands on a sample of Darkwing Duckette’s DNA, Dr. Boarman decided to use the devices at his disposal to experiment with cloning, in the hopes of creating superhuman soldiers for Mr. M. After much work and experimentation, Dr. Boarman produces several clones of our heroine, each augmented with superhuman abilities. Some we’re overjoyed to be unleashed upon the city to wreak havoc while others decided not to do evil deeds and sided with Darkwing instead.

Crimson Quack
Aliases: Drake Waddlemeyer, Jesse Dew
Background: The Crimson Quack was one of the first clones created. Unlike the other clones who are all female like the original, Crimson is a male clone of Gosalyn. Surprisingly, he retained some memories, allowing him to decide between right and wrong. He escaped from Dr. Boarman before he could attempt to brainwash him into being a villain. After escaping, He found some clothes and tried to find Gosalyn in the hopes of stopping his ‘sisters’. Along side Gosalyn, He battled against the clones several times before defeating most of them. He later left to establish himself in a new city under the alias of James Dew. Crimson possesses several superpowers including, flight, enhanced strength, speed, and agility, and others.

Negaduckette
Background: Negaduckette is the first of Boarman’s clones. She is almost like a female Negaduck, as she is nearly a polar opposite of Darkwing Duckette. She is cruel, violent, criminally brilliant, and greatly enjoys wreaking havoc and causing pain. She is also somewhat a criminal mastermind with hatred for her other self. With the help of Dr. Boarman and his technology, They devise a plan to frame Darkwing Duckette and hope to defeat her. She along her fellow evil clones face Darkwing and Crimson Quack several times before being defeated and fleeing but vowing to comeback. Negaduckette possesses the same superpowers as Crimson Quack but also has a suit similar to the Darkwing Suit minus the physical enhancements. Her version of the suit also has holsters for guns and miniature guns attached to her wing armlets.
Yucky Ducky
Background: Yucky Ducky was an earlyexperimental clone that when released from her incubation tube, seemed to rapidly deteriorate in proto-plasm. However, she managed to reform into a stable state but with a gelatinous consistency. This factor allows her some shapeshifting capabilities, regeneration, liquification and other abilities. Yucky does later seem to learn how to almost perfectly duplicate a normal form of another but only for a small period of time. She sides with Negaduckette, harboring animosity towards Darkwing and some towards Dr. Boarman. She engages Darkwing and Crimson Quack along side her other clones in several battles and flees with Negaduckette.

Quiverwing Quack
Aliases: Benjamina Ripley
Background: Quiverwing Quack was an interesting clone as she did not have any particular taste for wanton destruction or havoc like most other clones but remained. She possessed a sarcastic and snarky demeanor about their activities and occasionally second guessed herself. She eventually sided with Darkwing and Crimson Quack and helped defeat the other clones. Much like Crimson, She left St. Canard to find her own place, taking up the identity of Benjamina Ripley. Quiverwing possesses enhanced agility, reflexes, senses of sight and sound, as well as an ability to produce arrows or bolts of energy depending on whether she is using a long bow or crossbow. These arrows either fade after hitting their target or explode on contact. She later begins using trick arrows as well when she established herself in a new city.

Destructa
Background: The most powerful and devastating of the clones Boarman created, Destructa is not to be taken lightly. Although she isn’t very fast or smart, she is very strong; Destructa possesses super strength on a much higher level than Negaduckette or Crimson Quack. She can penetrate almost any solid substance with her bare hands. Destructa is also nearly invulnerable, being able to withstand almost any form of physical or ballistic attack. She sides with Negaduckette and Yucky Ducky and fights Darkwing and Crimson a couple times. She is eventually defeated by the combined efforts of Darkwing Duckette, Tech Duck, Crimson Quack, and their new ally Quiverwing Quackette. After she is defeated and Negaduckette and Yucky Ducky flee, Destructa is placed placed in custody.

I created these characters since I'm kinda of a fan of the concept of clone characters whether as opponents or allies to protagonist in a story. It's also cool when some writers bring up the nature vs. nurture concept in some of the clone characters. Darkwing Fans will also notice that at least three of the clone characters are named after some of Gosalyn's superhero aliases from the series. Please Enjoy.
