Arsenal: Spectral Inducer- This unique device strapped to his chest allows Deacon to become intangible. By causing his molecules to rapidly move at a set speed, he can walk through walls and other solid surfaces. Thanks to this device, Deacon has attempted to gain infamy as the Spectre Thief.
Background: Originally known as Rufius Maximus Thoth, he was a skilled thief starting in the city of Rome. However, he was often out shined by the earliest ancestor of the Reynard Thief Clan who went by the name The Fox King. He began a bitter rivalry with the Fox King. Time passed and Rufius and the Fox King grew old. Rufius discovered that the Fox King began training his son to carry on his legacy. With no heir of his own and to untrusting to find an apprentice, Rufius left Rome in search of the key to immortality and eternal youth. After decades of searching and surviving by amazing will power, Rufius discovered a formula to eternal life consisting of gems, blood, and other ingredients. With his life revitalized, He returned civilization to discover things had changed greatly; Rome had fallen and The Fox King’s legacy was carried on by his descendant. Rufius stayed in the shadows watching the centuries go by; familiarizing himself with numerous studies, maintaining his immortality, as well as spying on the descendants of the Fox King now calling themselves Reynard and plot his insidious schemes of revenge. He later changed his name to Deacon Tempus, feeling it fitted his enteral life. He integrated with society, changing his identity to suit the century and faced off against the Reynard of each century. He currently uses the identity of Marcus Adrian, a professor of archeology and guest curator at the St. Canard Museum of Natural History.

Here's Deacon Tempus whose a nemesis to Reynard. He's sort of a parallel to Clockwerk in the sly cooper games. Enjoy.
