More depression/anxiety art (and a poem) about how depression and internalization can become a comfort zone that eats the rest of you up with a patient kind of hunger.
That's...actually a very keen observation. When you're used to depression and anxiety, it can become scarier to try to get out of it--or even THINK about getting out of it--than just letting yourself continue to sink.

I compare my anxiety and depression to a rabbit and used to call it my rabbit. This is very interesting and the poem is beautiful, excellent imagery.
