Parker has four eyes. I felt like drawing one of the back pair because the forward pair look basically human.

Agents don't need eyes to see and when they have eyes, those eyes don't really do the seeing. They "see" in a kind of torrential flood of information coming from all directions from the magic in the environment. They see around corners and "through" walls, inside and outside people, words leap out of books before they are opened; the world is a thousand layers of cellophane and shouting voices.

Since an Agent's appearance is a subconscious projection, their eyes do reveal what they are focusing their attention on. They look at things, they shut their eyes when they don't want to see - but it's all symbolic, not literal.
