Dryads have a spell that encourages growth and health, meant to make trees more apt to let them connect them. At this proximity it can also encourage surgery wounds to heal faster and with less chance of infection.

Humans may find the blood stained hedge clippers a little alarming though. Don't worry, they aren't meant for humans anyway.
