Originally, this big otter was to be named Ollie until it was pointed out to me (repeatedly) that there was another artist by that name wtih an otter character around. So let me re-introduce you to Carter. He enjoys acting the fool and playing practical jokes, but as you can see, his innate clumsiness means they often backfire and make a mess of him. Towel, anyone?
