La Ziguezon by DeRiften (critique requested)

La Ziguezon (critique requested)

DeRiften

Sorry, no Voltaire today. I was in the mood for an old song of my people, so have a folk song from '82!

There's two flaws, both in the same verse! While I was singing, my neighbor above dropped something so my mic got scared, lost his focus and distorted two words. Other than that, I had fun singing it!

For those non-Quebecois out there, the song is about a lady who goes fishing but falls in the lake and starts drowning, when three guards pass by and offer to help her in exchange for err... pleasantries, to which she replies they'll talk once she isn't drowning so they help her and she runs to her house, where she tells them from the window that her heart belongs to an experienced soldier, not some lowly guard.
