Due to Kira's nature as a fire elemental, she not only reaches extreme temperatures but also well... be fire.
This means clothing tends to burn off. She doesn't mind being naked but sometimes clothes are necessary.
However, because of her combustible nature regular clothes found in the local shops won't last. Every item of clothing she has or ever will have has to be custom made.
These clothes are made using special fire & heat resistant materials and magic. They are able to withstand a pretty high temperature which varies from item to item. All of them ranging in the warm color spectrum (reds, browns, golds and such)

Lingerie is one of the simplest articles of clothing that can be crafted for her to wear, it's also the easiest for her to burn off.
