Similar idea to the last one, importing the image as raw data into audacity and manipulating it

Tbh I don't exactly remember what exactly I did for this one haha, I think it was varying degrees of compression which caused the weird sway in the gif that looks like wind?

I found this one kinda neat in that the sorta image of a deer stays static while the colors dance

Once again put together into a gif via gimp after multiple takes of varying compression
