Indeed, the nefarious mechanical mastermind ChaosCroc has mind-controlled maid Moira into obeying his wicked commands. He also spiced up her genes with a nifty concoction to allow her to breathe ice instead of her usual fire, for the purposes of freezing ladies solid and hauling them off to be robotified.
