This is Destino being blimped by none other than the nefarious Dr. Malamute. The evil canine tried to establish a more successful reign of villainy by leaving Boneville and head to a new town called Dōbutsu City, but he finds that the city is under the watch of a heroic dragon named Destino Crystallus, and after learning of his impressive ref sheet of always being able to save the day, Ostrobot tries in vain to get Malamute to try another city, but the sinister doctor decides to bring back an old device of his with the intent to use it on Destino, so he builds and schemes for the fated day, he firsts captures some workers at the docks and sends a message daring the dragon to come rescue them if he can, the heroic Destino goes despite feeling that it might be a trap, he manages to free the captives and begins his search for Dr. Malamutt. Little did he know that Malamute was lying in wait and without warning, zaps the dragon with his new and improved blimp ray, rendering the dragon bloated and helpless, thanks to the new floating feature Malamute integrated. Now Destino is at the mercy of the vile mad-dog. What will become of him? Will Malamute finally succeed?
