Jason Reese specialized in hacking the unhackable. He was on FBI, NSA, etc. watchlists. He decided to do something about it. He cobbled together a rig that uploaded his mind onto the internet, killing off his body. Thought dead, he went about a more direct approach to hacking.

Advanced holograms or a robot body allow him to interact with the physical world.

Transformed into a glutinous liquid in an experiment gone wrong.

Mike Werner was set on his career path and no thing or person would stand in his way. He was very competitive, especially when in came to GPA. He was always second to Barricade’s alter ego. An experiment he was running entered into a runaway exothermic reaction, causing an explosion of the material all over him. He tried to wash in a biohazard shower, but the water caused an unforeseen chemical reaction that transformed him into a gelatinous blob. His powers allow him to be a shape shifter, though he can’t hold a single form for more than an hour.

She was ruthless in her drug running and violent tactics, even from prison. She took part in a military/prison joint medical experiment that gave her powers of the wind and allowed her to escape.

In this actual superhero universe Terran Rex is less of a raep you kind of guy and more of a turn you against your friends kind. Another one that struggled with his powers from an early age. Power corrupts, of course, and in this case it caused him to want to rule the world.

He’s usually accompanied by at least one of his muscled otter generals; though in this case they were buffed up by a super soldier experiment that Terran stole rather than the more... ingenious method in the oversexed superhero universe.

“Otters! My one weakness!”
