This is Lakota. He is the alpha male of the pack; last that I know he is still kicking. I am not sure if he was alittle tubby that year of if he is losing his winter coat. Probably the latter since you can see tuffs of fur on top of his back which look kind of like another wolf’s coat. He is near the fence to look for some tasty meat or a frozen fish. He isn’t too shy of people.
