Remade Tangerine because I wasn't happy with the original version.

Added a new member to team pallet squad. Their name is Tangerine they are practically a thief. (Hence why they are armed with a scratchbacker, for back attack damage.) They are a very practical cow as you can see from their practical outfits. (Infact they kind of flip out if someone is running things inefficiently.)
