I wanted to make Dreamer more were-esque in this picture. Her colors are very warm and rich and drove me to make a cold and gloomy backdrop. I had originally intended to add more of a city silhouette, but after how the gray sky turned out, I really liked it and didn't want to botch it.

I really like how this piece turned out, despite the simplicity of the background. I liked the challenge to make the stoney/metallic eagles look like the intended material. I know their eyes are blank, but I think it looks really nifty versus filling them in with the same metallic shading.
