Kudzu's character Echo, responsible for taking the hour when DST starts stealing an hour of Dark's time when DST kicked in. His twin sister Murmur is responsible for giving it back when DST ends.
Echo was created when Kudzu and I were discussing the gremlin who had come in the night and stolen an hour of my time when DST in NZ kicked in, and it sparked this idea.
