This is a personal suit of Ninetales from Pokemon that was worn to Sakura Con Seattle.

This suit includes a resin base, moving jaw, realistic resin follow me eyes, silicone pawpads and resin claws and jawset.

There are indeed nine tails that are filled with packing peanuts to reduce the weight. They are all sewn together onto each other, leaving a wide belt loop to attach via belt.
