I did this after I got sick and tired of waiting.

EVERY TIME I go to Tim horton's for a coffee. They -always- seem to be conveniently out as soon as I get there. So I get this response "can you wait 3 minutes while we make more?"

I say yes, and..wait 5 minutes...10 minutes..15 minutes....

and then.. they look at me "are you waiting for something?"
In other words...they COMPLETELY FORGOT MY ORDER!
So they keep holding my coffee hostage!
