Here's my Daniel in a'la cyberpunk AU, so I have no clue about cyberpunk... But I really like this piece.
He's a night club worker and an assassin, the tail is an implant and basically with technology it can change colors(well, not literally but it can invert itself inside out), his hair and eye color can change colors though.
