This is something I started back in early February. I started with an Owl because well, the idea was initially for Mike. He did see one of the early versions and he said I should think about selling prints. He never did get to see the final versions.

I was having so much fun with them that I actually went and drew several more before my life got stupid. They all got greatly delayed when I lost Mike because I just didn’t want to work on them when I couldn’t show him. So, working on these has been hard in many ways and they mean a lot to me. I though about just keeping them as personal pieces but Mike thought I should sell prints so I will.

Without any more delay here is the start of a series of artwork I am calling Fragments. I have started off with the Horned Owl Fragments. As you can there there is both the lined and lineless versions. I made sure to post these as transparencies so they should hopefully look pretty neat on the Weasyl background color.

I started this series with the mini theme of Woodland Animal Fragments so you can start to guess what critters you will see in the near future. There will be 7 animals in this mini series. All will be put up on Society6 and Redbubble as prints with a few other items added that I think the designs work on. Check it out if you like.
