So   thegrandhighblood allowed me to draw a Baltikoon ;w; it's a really cool closed species he made and I think the concept for them is very interesting.

William here is a delivery boy, the item in his tail is a penny.
The outfit has been inspired by 40's boy outfits and Kicks from Animal Crossing ^^
