Irixa looked away from where his wife was nudging his arm playfully holding up her hand with fingers curled into one half of a heart. She was gesturing that he do the same. He gritted his jaw stubbornly avoiding completing the silly gesture. "Ixiiiiiii..." he knew that tone. He refused to look at her, knowing she'd break his resolve. "Ixi....." her voice edged further toward the pleading whine she knew always worked on him. Head still turned away his hand slowly rose to meet hers completing the hand heart. she knew he was pretending to scowl but she could see the slight smile on the edge of his lips. "I love you Ixi." "Love you too Keix."

To break up my Nawthaunt drawing streak I drew one of me and my best friend's oldest couples. Irixa is mine and is probably one of the biggest grumps in my character lineup. Smiles are rare for him and only his wife and family have ever been able to soften him up. Despite his harsh mannerisms, he is a good man at heart and will do just about anything for his family.
