Heavy Cream's older cousin, Low Fat. Unlike Cream, Low Fat stays permanently on the family farm, where she works the fields in the summer and the farm store over the winter. Having not traveled, she's a bit more conservative and high-strung than her cousin. The two of them get along so-so in terms of life choices, but if she were asked she'd probably say that she and Heavy Cream are close because they work together well.

Low Fat is married, and she and her almost painfully easygoing husband Non-Dairy live in a trailer outside of the farmhouse, with their own small plot of land. Her parents, aunt and uncle live on the property nearby. She considers her life somewhat idyllic, and can often be seen in at farmer's markets, or in town at the bars on the off season.
