I have a major thing for Super-Elasticity. I mean, wouldn't being stretchy be awesome? Stretching as wide as you want, flattening against walls, blowing up into giant balloons & even of course, SHAPE-SHIFTING!

I just thought Mickey Mouse's ever-faithful pet bloodhound would look awesome rubberized. Also, I noticed that Buddy (Stretch-O-Mutt's civilian form from Krypto The SuperDog) kinda looks like Pluto a bit. The resemblance is uncanny, is it not?

So how do you think Pluto here got elastic powers here? Maybe he feel into a vat of chemicals? That's just my guess.
