I've been seeing a lot of these "Permagrin Balloon Transformation" pics on art sites lately & I wanted to give it a try myself with a Waifu of mine's Rita the saluki/afghan hound!

Seems like she came across something in a Balloon Temple in my NSFW/18+ Fetish Planet Balloonius (once more... NO kids are allowed!) that made her transform into a huge inflatable version of herself with a seemingly permanent smile (hence the the term "PERMAgrin"). I think she looks so hawt like dat.
