Tried to use my colored pencils again and just now rememebred just how devilish they are to scan/edit. This looks a lot better in my sketchbook, but using Moleskine Watercolor paper was probably a bad idea.

This is pretty much a pre-design I have been tossing around and tried to color test. Tin-Tin is an alien dog, his species is semi aquatic and has both lungs and gills [hence the neck slits]. They prefer wet areas, and swamps and can change their colors subtly depending on their environment. They are very antisocial, quiet, and soemtimes their eyes leak a milky white goo. Their vision isn't the best so they use the boney protrusions on their heads to pick up vibration.
