Nesting Zhongli has been my thing for the last few days for some reason no idea why
Builds nest of blankets, pillows, feathers, and shiny things that Venti brings him, sometimes rocks because geo archon, and open to the air because anemo archon, sure, Venti isn't the one nesting, but Venti is the mate so Zhongli made it good for the both of them, and very comfy so he can just lay there in the sun most days in his full dragon form
He either just spends time shifting things around, laying down, or preening Venti when Venti is there
Cooing to his unborn baby and his mate, just content dragon noises

I just thought chibis would be cuter for this, especially for Venti just peeking over the nest at the egg

Not straight dragon form for Zhongli just because I didn't want to draw it, he usually is in it, especially whilst actually pregnant, he had to actually lay Xiao's egg in dragon form since the body is actually built for producing an egg, that form has no physical gender but he crafted a womb to house the egg once he and Venti decided to have a child, I'll stop talking about my dragon!Zhongli biology headcanons, excuse me
