I've seen the glowy hair bits on Zhongven art before but I didn't realize that it actually happened when Venti uses anemo (I'm assuming Zhongli's glow when he uses geo)

I rolled Venti the other day, which still! yay! I was going for him! I'm still excited about him! and his braids actually glow when he uses his left trigger!
And I just had so many Zhongven feels from the Windblume festival and rolling Venti, I needed to draw them
