this is personally one of my top favorite pieces that i've ever done. i'm not exactly sure why, but there was a ton of work put into it and everything just came out really nice for me and there's not a part of this that i dislike even two years later >_>
many manymany hours were put into this. many hours of a rly bad migraine at that. i'm still really fond of the design, even though zai's personality is all but lost to me by now. he's got a long story that started on an old petsite and my favorite one ever called teripets before he was migrated to neopets and became a labrat. i intended to turn him into a desert lutari, but that hasn't panned out even after like. 45352135 years cries. i got my goddamn pirate lutari already but zai's still sitting as a female cybunny LOL

anyways yeah i definitely couldn't resist posting this here. i should draw him again sometime but at this point i'm REALLY scared to cause i know he won't come out as perfect as he did the first time.
