Twilight's Big Day pt1 by Collin

Ponyville was having yet another food fair, where its citizens exchanged recipes, displayed their signature dishes, sold what they made, or participated in the many competitions held throughout the day. Applejack and Pinkie Pie were excited to also dabble in their own personal challenge toward each other called, “The Iron Baker,” in which they see who could create the most top quality pastries by sundown. Rarity had eagerly planned on sampling some of the Canterlot baking, while Rainbow Dash flew off to the cider tables. Nopony was sure what Fluttershy looked forward to the most, as she pranced around to gaze at everything the fair had to offer. None were more excited than Twilight however, who would serve as the fair chief judge and food taster throughout the entire event.

Reminded of the previous event, a deep envy for Princess Celestia welled up inside her as she sampled everything as head judge. Making her way through town, crowds bestowed upon her anything from fritters to fries, puddings to pies, and foods dripping with grease or lathered with butter. Ponies ecstatically flocked to her, hold trays high, desperate for her approval and the honor of their foods reaching her royal lips. The royal taste tester of the past couldn’t handle the plethora of food meant for the Princess, allowing Celestia to enjoy all of Equestria’s culinary bounties without any hinderance.

Twilight’s day dreaming accompanied her as she galloped around her castle in anxiety; skimming through her books of fair judging, and pacing when competing in eating competitions. Her heart was set for everything that awaited her outside, but only until she found the last thing she needed.

“Spike,” she bellowed through the halls, “have you seen my badge?”

“Found it,” he entered from the next room, “it was on top of something titled, ‘So you want to be a whale?’”

“Thanks Spike, I’ve done a ton of reading for today, and wanted everything to go off without a hitch.”

“Why do you need a badge telling everyone you’re chief judge anyway? Its not like no pony wouldn’t recognize a princess when they see one.”

“Its just traditional. I’m sure I wont be wearing it for very long anyway.”

“You sure you want to go through with this? I mean, the award ceremony had to take place outside the town hall because Princess Celestia was too big to fit in. Not to mention she won every eating competition.”

Twilight sighed in bliss, “yeah, she was so lucky. But now it’s my turn, and I’m determined to make the most of today.”

Spike rolled his eyes, “fine, but don’t ask me to do what you did for Celestia. I’d rather not tire myself out bringing you food from halfway across the fair.”

“Deal,” Twilight smugly grinned, licking her lips as she tasted the array of delectable flavors perfuming the air. “I’ll meet you back here by sundown.”

“If you can even haul yourself over here by sundown. I’m going to see if they have any jewel cake.”

Even in front of her castle, ponies set up stands and tents displaying everything they had available. The fair certainly looked bigger this year, which made Twilights stomach growl with the notion of food being flooded into it. She walked only a few steps before some of the first fair goers gasped in surprise upon noticing her. Quickly they stampeded in her direction, hounding her to sample their foods. Plates and trays were lifted up to her face, with a swarm of hooves creeping their way toward her mouth with dumplings, muffins, or chocolates. Settling down the bellowing mob with words proved fruitless through all the uproar, resulting in her simply floating everything held into her mouth.

Suddenly, silence gripped everypony as Twilight chewed through the large assortment of treats in her puffy cheeks. Each individual flavor was hard to discern, but still tasted well enough for her to give a complimentary, “mmff.” Swallowing, everypony looked at the orb of chewed food slithering down her throat, then back to their princess with longing gazes seeking approval.

Wryly smiling, Twilight fumbled over what to say at first. Then with aid of her rumbling stomach, she came up with precisely what it was thinking. “Uh...got anymore?”

Immediately the silence was broken once more, with mares and stallions rushing back to their stands to secure more samples.

“Princess, try my fritters, please!”

“Mine first princess! They’re the best in Ponyville, I swear!”

“Taste this pudding princess, it’ll melt in your mouth!”

“Sample my snow cones, taken from the peaks of Canterlot itself!”

Showered by so much food from so many ponies adoring her approval, and only from the outside of her home. She still had to visit specific parts of the fair meant for their particular cuisine. And then there was the fast food area, where some of the greasiest cooks in Equestria made ready their deep fried delicacies, and hayburgers; tons and tons of hayburgers. Looking down each road she noticed ponies eagerly waiting for her to pass by. Holding food both warm and cold at the ready for judgement.

“This really is going to be a great day.”

Beginning her walk down the center road, she encountered everything produce related. Using her magic to accept food from the ponies trailing behind her, she walked up to each individual stand, graciously accepting what they offered her. Enjoying sweet cherry flavored drinks, chocolate dipped bananas, buttered corn on a cob, and caramel apples, she smiled as she gave her approval for each one. Gratefully she accepted offerings of seconds and thirds, adding them to the trail of food that followed behind her.

Just as she hopped, food always found its way into her mouth as she trotted down the street. Something new filled her cheeks with a variety of flavor every few steps, landing inside her stomach with a splash. Her relatively average figure became slightly bloated, like the first day she met Applejack and her family. The weight of her portly abdomen didn’t bother her yet, being no more heavy than carrying a saddle with a couple books. Something she was sure to remedy in time.

Her gluttonous journey soon lead her to one of the produce competitions, where she took seat alongside a panel of other judges to dictate which fruit was the best. There were three entrants: an apple, strawberry, and a mango. All of which were large enough to fit in a single barrel. As the contestants presented their hard work, Twilight couldn’t help but admire how thick and juicy they all seemed. All of them so plump and full of substance, with clear visions of herself eating each one, coupled with all the food ponies brought over to her.

While the judging commenced, Twilight felt as if she were at dinner. Accepting salads, sliced fruit, carrots and other produce, she wryly smiled in embarrassment as the other judges tried focusing on the contestants amid her incessant chewing and gulping. Some even tried shushing the incessant whispering of ponies requesting Twilight to try their dish. And to add to their tirade, her stomach burbled as it rounded out into a paunch beginning to rest on her lap.

She quietly moaned in bliss at the weight of her gut pulling her down as she stepped off her chair; rather relieved that the judging was over and she could resume her feast. The mango was carted away with the blue ribbon while the second place winner with the strawberry approached Twilight directly.

“Princes?” Twilight turned to face the pony while chewing on some watermelon. “It would honor me greatly if you please accepted my strawberry.”

Looking at it up close, it was twice as round as she was. Its rotund visage caused her to clench her stomach as it growled in anticipation. Its radiant red sheen tantalized her beady eyes which fixated on glistening water trickling down its plump surface.

“I’d love to, but, do you mind if I,” she pointed to her mouth.

“Oh please, it was made to be enjoyed by royalty.”

Excited he thought so to, she levitated up to face level. Somewhat holding it in her hooves without completely releasing it from her magic, she got a feel of just how hefty it was. It slightly squished at her touch, sending a shiver down her spine as she felt the juices churning inside. Taking her first bite, its sweet juicy nectar flowed into her mouth; lavishing her tastebuds in a flavor unlike anything she ever tasted from a strawberry. Sucking up the juices, she felt its weight lighten, all of it cascading down her throat with seeds included. She even squeezed the strawberry’s insides with her own hooves in order to funnel it down more quickly, causing her to grunt as she gulped down heavier loads. Quickly she felt her stomach begin to bloat up with its contents, feeling some of it begin to squish against her haunches. After a few seconds, she slurped up the remnants of the inside, licked juice trickling down her lips and ate the outer layer before disposing the leaf.

“Delicious,” she sighed, savoring the remaining flavor, “it tasted just as good as it looked.”

“Thank you princess,” he shook her hoof, “I’ll prepare a whole batch for you next year.”

“Thank you, I look forward to it.”

Parting ways, Twilight continued her walk down the road; eating other fruits and admiring the abundance of size the strawberry helped create. Aside from her belly which softly burbled in pleasure of housing the largest thing she had eaten today, she looked back at her flank, which developed a set of curves that swayed with each step. Her legs also rubbed up against the bottom of her gut, causing it to gently slosh as it bounced.

Happy to be done with the produce road, she now ventured into the one displaying desserts. It was here that her glutting would truly began, as she gave her belly a couple of hearty smacks. First came the donuts, which she funneled in her mouth like a rollercoaster heading into a tunnel. She was so greedy in her gluttony that she unknowingly sampled more donuts than some of the ponies intended for her to have. Without prejudice she swallowed a seemingly endless stream of chocolates, glazed, and sugared varieties, keeping her mouth open as her magic did all the work.

Quicker than the produce road, she ate food offered by ponies before they even got ten feet of her. She was practically a mobile vacuum, sucking up every desert in sight. All the while she wore a proud grin, ecstatic at the feeling of gorging herself with such hedonism. Her bloated belly soon widened itself larger than any dress Rarity had prepared for a mare. She felt her plot begin to wobble as her thick haunches and forelegs accumulated fat of its own. Her cheeks felt like they could contain more after each numerous dozen of desserts, chubbing up in order to deal with the added gluttony to come. This was the reason she dealt with the produce first, eager to spend the rest of the day gorging on the good stuff.

“Four contestants! Anyone else want in? Step right up! We only need one more to start the pie eating contest.”

Wolfing down a couple eclairs, Twilight turned her head to the grandstand at the center of the road. Entering a competition was one of the things on her gluttonous checklist. Body jiggling as she waddled her way over, she gained the attention of a small crowd and a top hatted pony shouting from the stand.

“Is it possible for me to enter sir,” she said as she popped a few cinnamon rolls down the hatch.

The top hat pony didn’t recognize her at first, not expecting the princess to already be twice her normal size. “P-p-princess Twilight-er-yeah, sure you can. Take a seat please.”

The boards creaked under her with each step, heavily straining against her well padded countenance. Her muscles strained as the thick coats of blubber enveloping them proved a worthy burden to bear. The difficulties her weight was beginning to provide only encouraged her to gain further, with the mental image of her being an undulating purple blob sending pleasant shivers down her blubbery back. The ripples surged throughout her whole body, tingling her bulky limbs to the pit of her stomach which grazed across the edge of the steps. She had not known just how large her belly had become until planting her corpulent flank on the seat, and watching her engorged gut flow over her haunches and atop of the table itself.

As the pies were brought forward, Twilight’s eyes bulged with gluttonous glee as multiple carts were hauled up filled to the brim with pies ranging from raspberry to pumpkin. Viewing her competition, each stallion looked upon her immense fisque with uncertainty, grimacing as her gut wobbled with the slightest touch, and seeing her hooves sink a few inches deep into its soft purple pudge. She grinned back at them, flattered at their frightened looks. With luck her royal display of gluttony would be enough for them to quit early, leaving more pies for her.

“The rules are as follows. Finish your pie until the bottom of the tin is visible. The last pony standing or the first pony to each fifty pies wins. And, er, no magic if you please princess.” Twilight nodded. “Then, on your marks! Get set! Go!”

As the flag waved, the ponies took one of the pies off of their stack of ten. Twilight however snatched two pies, resting one on her belly while gorging on the other. She shoved it completely in her face, wolfing down large chunks while barely giving herself any time to chew. While the others cycled through eating and drinking to help the food go down easier, Twilight simply shoved all she could down her gullet, including the entire crust. Though she need only reach the bottom of the tin to move onto the next pie, it was all simply too delicious to go to waste.

She finished her first stack of ten in record time, while her competitors were still at their seventh. Bringing over the next stack, Twilight took two pies in each hoof and smothered herself with their creamy contents. Her cheeks bulged with their bounty, soon collecting itself in her chest as a traffic jam of food struggled to make space within her stomach. Leaning her head back, she stuck her gut further outward, allowing it to flow further onto the table and further stretch its capacity.

Gurgling and glorping, it was a hive of activity as pie began churning with the masses, adding subsequent layers of fat with each gulp. Her waist stretched itself nearly a quarter size of the table, with her flank being too much for the tiny stool to bear. Even with the weight of her mighty gut atop of the table, the stool legs suddenly snapped, causing Twilight to jolt in sudden fright as she sat flat on her bottom and felt half of her gut slide off the table and squish half of itself against it.

“Oh my, princess, are you alright?”

The top hat pony came by her side to aid her, only to raise an eyebrow at the giggling princess who grunted and groaned as she tried to stand. “I’m, uuugh, fine. Keep, oof, going guys,” she spoke to the stallions, who ate like parasprites in an orchard at the chance to catch up to her. “Sorry about the stool.”

“Er, it’s no trouble princess. Maybe we can get a more-um-sturdier one…”

“No need, I prefer it this way. Thank you, that’ll be all.”

“Yes, princess. As you-uh-wish.”

Smiling at her own embarrassment, she marked off a point on her mental checklist, proud to have gotten fat enough to break a chair. Backing up a bit, she was at just enough of a perfect level with the pies to allow her body to grow and not have to bend over to reach them. Looking to her competition, they looked back, each one beginning to sweat nervously now that she was back in the game. They didn’t count however on what she planned to do in order to seal her victory.

Taking her remaining eight pies, she huddled them all up to her bosom, removing them from their tins one at a time. Lifting them up to her face with her forearms, she leaned her head back, opened her mouth as wide as she could get it, and forcefully shoved as much of them inside as she could fit. Her plump cheeks were fit to burst, with jam and cream oozing out between her lips. She managed to get a quarter of all the pies inside, muffling as she tried keeping it all from pouring out. With all the strength her throat muscles could muster, she reeled her head as a boulder sized portion of pie slithered down her gullet; bulging through a neck that slowly began molding itself with the rest of her swollen figure.

Her eyes winced as it made its way to her stomach. Were she not cradling the remaining mess of her pies she would’ve helped guide it all down with her hooves; instead she persevered, mouth scrunching before a great release catapulted the massive mound straight into her belly with a loud glorp. She sighed with relief, amazed that she was able to pull it off. As a result, her globelike gut bloated a couple inches outward, shoving the table slightly. Panting for a moment, she continued stuffing her face with the rest of the pie remnants in her luscious embrace.

Thankfully, she didn’t fill her cheeks with as much as much, so it was easier to swallow down. She licked the remaining crumbs from her hooves and picked an innumerable amount of cream and crumbs from her fur. Proudly, she smacked her triumphant belly. Its vibrant wobbling causing the other contestants to forfeit out of disgust or intimidation at having to compete against a gut so devoted to gluttony.

“And the winner is, P-princess-T-twilight,” the top hat pony stuttered in disbelief of her gluttonous prowess.

The crowd was silent, mouths agape at seeing their princess at such an immense size, able to shovel all a sundry into her gob and and swallow it whole. Twilight blushed at all the attention, which caused her stomach to grumble at the lack of food being fed to it.

“Uh, got anymore?”

“Um...there’s the rest of these,” the top hat pony pointed to the remaining carts, “feel free to help yourself to some.”

“Actually,” she placed a hoof on her ample chest, “I think I’ll have it all if you don’t mind.”

As dumbfounded as the crowd, everypony looked on as she levitated a conga line of pies toward her, magically scooping them from their tins and stuffing her cheeks full until there was no room left to chew. Her muffled gulping was outdone by her stomach’s incessant burbling as food filled it much more quickly with aid of her magic than requiring her to pick them up and shovel them down herself. Through a full face she wryly grinned as she felt her creeping flesh expanding in all directions. Her forelegs became heavier to lift up as she slammed them atop of her immense belly, thanks to added layers of fat looking to absorb her spindly hooves. Her haunches also filled themselves with lard, creating more lap for her belly to flow on top of and slightly lifting her other set of hooves off the ground. Her cheeks grew plumper, adding to their capacity, with her upper body bulking up so much any trace of her neck simply molded itself with the rest of her obese body.

Her wreckless abandon caused some to leave with unease, while others simply fainted in horror. Some watched in amazement, and others actually brought additional food. Before long the table itself flipped over, with its legs snapping as her encroaching belly overtook them. She was barely able to feel her own limbs. Mostly she felt nearly every inch of her flesh rubbing against something, or wobbling as the slightest movement caused a ripple that undulated the rest of her body.

After nearly an hour she finished the final pie, releasing a content belch unfit for royalty, shortly grunting in immense satisfaction afterwards. “Oooh, yes,” she couldn’t help but slightly lean back, feeling part of her colossal belly lift itself and the considerable folds on her back pressing against one another, “what a day, and it’s not even over.”

Running her spindly hooves across her vast ocean of purple blubber, she moaned with pure bliss as the weight of her hulking forearms pressed deeply into several layers of fat. Hearing all she gorged on squelch at her touch, and feeling it slosh around as she lifted what mound of her own bulk that she could, gave her more satisfaction than being invited to an ice cream party with Cadence.

“Sweet Celestia, what a belly. I didn’t think being fat would be this intoxicating. Everything so heavy, but so soft. It’s impossible for me to move an inch without some layer of fat pressing against another. If only Spike or the girls could see me now.”

Suddenly, a jolt of realisation passed through her euphoric brain. Not far off, Applejack and Pinky were holding their personal iron baker challenge. She licked her lips at the thought of chunks of cake passing them. However, the cool breeze also brought with it the decadent flavors and aromas of the deep fried-greasy assortment of fast foods. Haydogs, hayfries, and hayburgers smothered in ketchup traveling down her gullet like a runaway train, rapidly swelling her massively overfed lard filled body to monumental proportions. Either way she planned on visiting both before her day was done, but she relied on the vociferous sloshing of her stomach to decide where she went first.
