This old sea cruise vessel survived the nukes, if barely. It was blasted by shockwaves, against a nearby pier, causing it to be cracked in two pieces and partially sinking into the shallow waters, leaving it otherwise fairly intact. Later on, the surviving rich people on board would turn it into modified strip club/gambling den and become crime family/raiders of the local region.
