Background:

Cody was left by his birthparents at a young age and does not remember much about them. He does not hold any sort of grudge against them for doing so, nor does he have any desire to seek them out. As such he has made do on his own and has learned to take care of himself. He grew up with the help of friends, most of which he feels a deep bond with. Additionally, he has adopted some of his closer friends as "siblings". He loves to take care of younger cubs, taking particular interest in a blue dragon by the name of Bleu. Though he tries to be a pillar of strength for others in need, he too needs to be looked after from time to time. His daddy Ferrin and uncle Oreo watch after him and keep him safe. Though neither possess any blood relation to him, he will defend them as his true family until he's blue in the face. 'Fox' is a pseudo last name, as Cody does not have a real last name. When he went to grade school he got baffled by having to fill in a last name on his schoolwork so he simply put his species and the name stuck.

Although ashamed to admit it, Cody is still in diapers. With no parent to potty train him he stayed in diapers longer than other cubs and after time he grew to enjoy them and now though he doesn't need them he continues to wear them. It is a source of great embarrassment for him and he usually hides it from those he doesn't know well.

One of Cody's greatest ambitions is to fly like a dragon. He takes great delight when his winged friends take him on flights and often he ties a towel to his neck pretending it is a cape. He has an alternate superhero personality that goes with the cape. When wearing the cape Cody goes by "Cub Midnight", "Midnight Fops", "Cody the Midnight Cub", or other derivations of these names.

Personality:

Cody is extremely friendly and loves making new friends. Despite inner shyness, he is not afraid to introduce himself to new people. He is protective of the friends he has and will do what he can to right any wrongs done to them. He will put others' needs before his own because making others smile gives him a sense of worth. He enjoys being the "big brother" figure among other cubs. He does his best to encourage others to work toward their goals because he wants all his friends to succeed. He is a pacifist by nature and will do his best to avoid a fight, but when it comes down to it Cody knows how to stand his ground. Cody tends to act on impulse often without thinking all the details through. He is also prone to sudden mood swings and easily gets his feelings hurt.

Although never officially diagnosed, Cody shows signs of suffering from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Predominantly Inattentive (ADHD-PI or ADD). He has trouble focusing on a single task because he is easily distracted. He often misses important details and he forgets to do things if he doesn't take immediate steps to remind himself. He has trouble understanding something when it is told to him in an auditory fashion, but has far less trouble when things are written down or shown to him.

Micro Feral Form:

Cody possesses the ability to shrink himself into a 10" long (nose to tail tip) feral fox at will. When he is feral he is unable to speak and does not have a definitive age, though he tends to act much like a kit. He doesn't shrink himself very often, though he can do so when he feels like being little and hiding in/on people. When he shrinks, his tail is proportionately longer than when he is in his anthro form. Its length is roughly the same as that of his micro sized body, perfect for hiding in and nibbling on if he so chooses.
