This loser thinks he's hot shit, lol. AND CAN WE PLEASE TALK ABOUT HOW HARD IT IS TO DRAW GUITARS? Seriously.
His stage name is Osho, but his real name's Jun. He's a J-rocker who I'm also gonna turn into a Pokemon trainer.
He acts as the "king" piece (Osho) in his band called Shogi, which is named after the Japanese equivalent of chess.
I had initially intended to draw in the entire checkerboard pattern, but one thing I remembered liking about certain animes I've watched was the unique use of just a pattern underlay. I know they make 'em look flat, but he's flatcolored to begin with, so it was actually a style/design choice not to draw them manually. XD
But thank you. ;3; I'm glad the guitar actually looks nice. I don't know jack shit about guitars, so I had to heavily reference a typical one, meanwhile I've no idea what any of the parts do. XD I know as a design, the guitar probably couldn't even function hhhhhh but oh well. I'm glad it at least looks good enough to pass. /sob
I'll be honest I don't know a WHOLE lot about guitars either, but they work like most instruments by vibrating, the big open area in the middle amplifies the sound. This though looks like an electric guitar, which needs to be plugged into an amp to be heard, because they don't use the wood an hollow area to amplify the sound normally. Since it's all electronic ya don't have to worry much about the shape of the body at all (Except the strings of course) so this would work fine!
If you wanted to add some small details to improve functionality though, you could add a little nub at the end ( Usually what guitars will rest on, if propped up on the floor rather than a stand) and adjust the tuning keys so they have little knobs on the end and could be turned (Since that's how you tighten the strings as they stretch out) right now they just look like straight poles which would be very difficult to use ahaha, but really for the simplicity they look fine, it gives enough of an idea of what should be there if you chose not to touch it up : )
Omg, yeah, it's an electric guitar, and the shape of one doesn't actually matter!? So this could be a real guitar and actually work if it was real!? DAMN that's cool! That's freaking fabulous. I wish I had a real version of what I made up there. XD
I think this character's concept is super cool and I like the design! Also the title made me laugh xD
But also;
Further as a shape doesn't matter for functionality, my boss has a friend who makes skateboard, boat paddle and shovel guitars. They all function great, we have a skateboard and a shovel where I work. But they sell for 400-500$ base price so I'm guessing to find someone to build a guitar like that would be around the same price maybe a bit more.
Uwaaaa thank you! ;v; He's a huge dork, so it's fitting.
And oh man, that's actually not that bad for custom guitars.... I might haft'a... get this made in the future 'cause oh man. A freaking shovel-shaped guitar sounds ridiculous in all the right waysssss. I would KILL to see that.
I'll take a picture of it today when I go to get my paycheck. It's not shovel shaped, its a literal shovel! He saw a buddy air guitaring on a shovel so he took a shovel and attached strings and stuff to it...it's really cool :D

Really cool! I love game themes, you pulled it off well. The guitar also turned out really well! (They are so hard yes omg).
My only major critique would be though that even though its a MASSIVE pain, I really would recommend manually doing the checker pattern for his pants, so they are curved. It really flattens the legs and ruins the effect for the pattern to be totally flat like that. : )
