November 2013: "The first page of a minicomic I just finished last night. The assignment was to adapt an Aesop fable; I did "The Tortoise and the Birds". I decided to challenge myself by 1) using humans, not animals, 2) no grays, so I could practice trying to make things look good in black & white, 3) including a knight in armor.
