Just draw a circle... then turn it into a dragon.

That was the exercise I used to make my pencil move.  After… like, two years.  l suppose next time, I'm going to draw two circles.  And then challenge myself to come up with a pose that incorporates them.

You see, even when struggling with "impostor syndrome" it's pretty easy to convince yourself that you can successfully draw a circle.
