In case no one gets this, this is a concept idea of Fox Phantom being a cyborg. The cyborg idea came from watching someone playing Metal Gear Rising.

In his left arm is a partical cannon. While the wing like boosters helps him gain longer jumps.

The idea is based on MGS:Rising. I don't really own the idea.
