Combat and psychic abilities:

Okay so, when a Psychat is born, they have already been assigned an element. This can be anything, ranging from fire [As shown], to earth, to shadow, to magic, anything at all. It will often correspond to their markings, especially because of the fact that they glow when psychic power is used. So, in order to have energy to use, it is stored in their bottom ears, that stiffen when they need energy so it can travel easier and quicker, while the top ears are used for balance and hearing.
When energy is used, their main eyes will begin to glow with the energy so that it can travel either downwards to the mouth, or upwards to the brain, depending on what they're using for their attacks, as they learn different attacks based on their element, along with some powers everyone knows, like the armor ability for use in war and conquering, and the hatching ability for when they find a partner to hatch their eggs with.
So, while they are using attacks, the eyes on their hands open up so that they can still see. They can switch between heat vision and just regular vision.

Family, love, and reproduction:
Psychats have no reproductive organs, but that does not mean they can't love or have intercourse.
Love is a very natural thing on their planet, and everything goes, and there is equality to all. They dislike human's views on gender and sexuality due to this. Any Psychat with any other Psychat can start a family. Speaking of family, due to the lack of reproductive organs, Psychats cannot sexually reproduce. However, when a Psychat is born from its egg, their parents go into the egg mines and use their psychic abilities to give the egg to their kin to hatch when they find love. Basically, when a Psychat is born, it is given an egg, and when it is older and its psychic abilities are strong enough, it and its partner combine their abilities to open the nearly diamond-hard eggs. Thus, most families are a family of four. Due to the ever-growing egg mine and the eggs inside them, the Psychats can continue to hatch more of them for a very long time.
Though, with different psychic abilities, Psychats can still create psychic... well, sex bits that still feel exactly like the real thing, and have sex with those, despite the fact that they can't create offspring this way.

Culture:
The Psychats are very noble, and most of their culture revolves around their desire to know everything about the universe. How it works, everything about every species in it, and ultimately, knowledge of everything. Their knowledge is vast already, but for the young ones, there are libraries scattered around their planet with books written by then on the mysteries and answers to the universe.
