It's cold. I wish it wasn't. So I colored this.

Conclusion: Sloppy art and wishful thinking cannot change the weather. Yet.
That's what I figured. Bringing my own feelings to the picture. I think it was the long, empty part of the bench that seemed to emphasize the lack of someone else there. Which may be a positive sign of solitude for you.
Or maybe his friend is ten feet away, coming back with bagels. Or maybe his kid's playing on the slide with the other kids. Or maybe he's a secret agent here to spy on someone. Or maybe he's in the Matrix looking for the One and that's why the whole picture's kinda greenish. Or maybe he's a film actor and there's an entire set crew with cameras and boom mikes just outside the frame. I could go on. Choose your own adventure.

Not sure if the empty bench is a rosarch test, but it feels poignantly lonely to me, perhaps because we're so used to seeing people together on benches in art.
And if it makes you feel any better, some of us are loving this cold weather which had been missing for all of December. Spring will come.
