The strongest of the three, his moon initially brought the only light to the world, until the sun rose over 250 years ago. As such he still has great influence over mortals, that only amplified by his puppeteering ability. Be careful on a full moon, lest you end up entangled in his threads..

He is bonded to the gods of night and day, and this bond gives them the aspect of Form and Body. Without him, the other two would have no way of interacting with the world, rendered intangible.
