So... Togetic can be taught Fly... when according to it's Pokédex Togetic is only 2ft tall and weights 7.1lbs... Never mind even smaller Pokémon like Pidgey and Spearow who can also learn it.. Either or I dunno how fair it would be to ask my lil Togetic, Happy, to try and fly my fat ass long distance over water... potentially... Sharpedo infested waters.. Especially when between the two of use we're a bucket of Original Recipe..

I tend to envision a realistic togetic to look something like a tiny white chocobo with nubbin' arms..
