Meet Neo!

-He and Sigma were both created by the same group of people, a sort of underground testing facility to see what science was capable of, funded by the government
-In his case, it was to see how much one could become part machine before they lost their sentience
-All of the “experiments” were born at the facility and initially brainwashed into believing they were only tools for war and not their own persons; to add to this, they are typically referred to by their numbers rather than indivdual names. (the Greek names come from different types of experiments, so they are not independent names)
-Neo was born without a left foot and right leg, so those were the first parts to be mechanized.
-His eyes used to be green (brown as a human) with normal sclera.
-At an unknown time he developed hemophobia. Copious amounts of blood sent him into panic attacks and even fainting; this wouldn’t do well for someone who’s supposed to be a killing machine, so his eyes were replaced with the red ones, which give him the abillity to go from seeing all colors to just red, so he’s unable to distinguish blood from anything else. The smell can make him nauseous, though.
-The side of his head with a ring also has some machinery in his brain. While he’s not supposed to be able to, he can access the internet with it to find information he needs.
-The plasma cannon is only good for one or two shots. Because the machinery is intertwined with his organic body, it sucks up a lot of his energy to use it, so it’s only as a last resort.
-That’s why he has “charging ports” on the back of his limbs. They allow for a faster recovery time; without them, he could take days to recover.
-He and Sigma are on the run from their creators. After they broke out, the projects were deemed too dangerous and the facility shut down. They are being hunted as real threats, but it’s not been made public.
-The scars are from sparring and fighting with other experiments. They’re not necessary (I tend to forget them lmao)
-He has a crush on Sigma, but since she doesn’t reciprocate the feeling he doesn’t push it. They’re best friends and he’d do anything for her.

Aaaaaugh I know it’s big but all my OCs need a lot of room for their details lmao;; so all of them are on the same template like this. I‘m crankin ‘em out slOWLY but surely lol.
