Raff decided toexperience this storm by standing on a cliffside and feeling the wind and the rain.

I just decided to finally start drawing other characters i have other than Choppy. Decided to draw my Raff character with bit more effort on a background as well. Did few changes as well, like made hair longer. I hope i did ok on it hehe.
