Interesting composition! It's got a nice sense of some narrative going on beyond the picture itself. In terms of critique, though, It feels as though the lighting on her is completely different from the rest of the scene- As though there's some greenish spotlight coming from the side and focused just on her. Remember that the colors and lighting in an environment will affect everything in the environment and cause colors to appear a little differently than they would in neutral lighting.
